4 New Master Loggers & 14 Logging Businesses Recertified

The Minnesota Master Logger Certification Board met on July 1st and approved the certification of 4 new companies and the recertification of 14 Minnesota Certified Master Loggers.  This brings the total number of Master Loggers in Minnesota to 50. Congratulations to:

Thanks to financial support from the AgStar Fund for Rural America, DNR, MFRC & University of Minnesota Extension, an effort to make training on Minnesota's Forest Management Guidelines (FMG) available online is now underway.  Our goal is to have the training available online by July 2011.  Stay tuned!
